With teams distributed across locations, managing ISO 9001 documentation, subcontractor onboarding, and day-to-day operations became increasingly complex. Processes were fragmented, making it difficult to maintain consistency, visibility, and control.

Financial planning and reporting were also disconnected from operational workflows, limiting management’s ability to make informed decisions across branches.


Solution:

A unified SharePoint operations management system was developed to centralise compliance, operational workflows, and financial processes.

The platform brought together ISO documentation, subcontractor onboarding, and internal workflows into a single structured environment. This ensured that processes remained consistent across all branches while still allowing flexibility for operational needs.

A custom budgeting and forecasting application was built to support financial planning across the organisation. This enabled consolidated reporting across branches, giving management a clearer view of financial performance.

The system was co-designed with operational teams to ensure that workflows reflected real-world practices, making adoption smoother across departments.

The platform followed structured SharePoint governance and compliance services to ensure operational data, permissions, and workflows remained controlled across all branches.
